Spring Break
We had such wonderful weather during Anna's spring break, that we decided to take advantage of it and plan some outdoor activities. On one of the days off, we decided to head up to Salt Lake to meet up with Kyle. We had such a fun time walking around temple square and seeing all the beautiful flowers that had bloomed. The girls favorite part were the fountains. They would stand as close as they could to the fountains, and try to feel the mist that was blowing in their direction. We then headed up to Memory Grove Park, and let the kids run around. Of course all Tate wanted to do was to get into the pond (the boy is seriously attracted to anything water). To top off the day, we hit up Cafe Rio. A few days later we took the kids fishing at Spanish Fork Reservoir. The girls were getting pretty anxious waiting to catch a fish. After almost 2 hours of being there, we caught one! That made the girls so excited!! All they wanted to do was to bring it home and cook up Flappy (that was the name of our fish friend). When we got home, we cooked him up, and each of us got about one bite...pretty exciting day! We had a great spring break, now we are looking forward to summer!!
