They Had No Idea...

This past week Kyle was going to St. George for a quick business trip. Well we decided to not only tag along with Kyle to St. George but to also drive 6 more hours to the happiest place on earth...Disneyland! Except we planned on not telling the girls about Disneyland, so they thought we were just going to St. George (or as Anna sometimes called it, Curious George) and go swimming. Well we went and stayed in St. George for the night and went swimming the next morning, and then headed to California. The whole time Anna just thought we were going to a new hotel. After a long car ride, we finally arrived in Anaheim Thursday night. The next morning we woke up the girls and told them that we were going to Disneyland. Anna was just ecstatic and was so excited to see Cinderella.
We had such a fun time. I have learned that going in September to Disneyland is seriously the best time to go. The longest line we stood in was about 15 min, and that was going to see Tinkerbell. I couldn't believe everything that we were able to do because of the small crowds. We think Anna's favorite ride was Splash Mountain surprisingly enough. Claire's favorite ride would probably have to be, Its a Small World. At the end of the day we were all pooped, but it was so much fun. The girls loved it and were so well behaved, even with no naps!
